Rhys Probert passed away at Hereford County Hospital on 21st August, aged 83 years.
His funeral service will take place at St Mary's Church, Monmouth on Saturday 5th September at 1.00pm followed by interment at Mitchel Troy Churchyard.
There will be immediate family flowers only.
